Peter Hazlehurst - Head Chef

Hailing from Neston on the Wirral, Peter has been a fully qualified chef for almost 20 years, gracing many quality kitchens within the North West during that time.

He joined the Llangollen Hotels Group after an 8-year stay with the Portal Golf & Country Club in Tarporley, Cheshire. During this time he had the pleasure of cooking for a number of stars from the world of entertainment and sport, including Norman Wisdom, Michael Owen, Geoff Boycott and Kevin Keegan.

This list also included Gordon Banks, Sir Geoff Hunt and Jack Charlton from England's World Cup winning side and oh, he was born in 1966 as well!
