I write with reference to our daughter Natalie’s wedding held at the Wild Pheasant on Saturday
21st April. We wish to thank you for an absolutely excellent day and evening. The food was excellent
quality and the service and friendliness of your staff was much appreciated.

In particular we wish to mention Wills, his management before and on the day was
absolutely first class and very professional. His co-ordination of the day really did make it very pleasant indeed. We and some of the guests stayed overnight and we
were impressed with the accommodation and breakfast.

Our daughter stayed in the Dee Valley penthouse suite, we have
stayed at many hotels in our time including 5 star in London and
the penthouse suite exceeded any quality we have ever seen. Our family room was very
good too.
We wish you all the very best for the future and thanks again for
making our daughter’s day very special.
